Kate Silvers

Kate Silvers is the pen name of funny paranormal mystery author, Katherine Gilbert. Occasionally, when the werewolves and sorcerers go out to play, she takes off her witch hat and follows her muse’s orders to write cozy mysteries about seriously quirky people. A South Carolina native with an intensely ironic eye about her home state, she often dreams of heading into the Blue Ridge Mountains to get away. When she’s not teaching at a SC two-year college, she’s letting her characters loose to create fantastic chaos on the pages of yet another book.
